1. Returns

1.1. We can only accept returns on our items within 7 days of purchase and where we have failed to fulfill the exact specification of your order. Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

Faulty Condition: If your MyQRMed medical ID bracelet, necklace, accessory or any other device arrives in a faulty condition and is not fit for its intended purpose.

Description Mismatch: If the item you received does not match the description provided on our website or in your order.

Production Errors: In the event of production errors that result in the item not meeting your specified requirements.

1.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@myqrmed.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide details about the issue you have encountered, including clear photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the return process.

1.3. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

2. Warranty

2.1. MyQRMed offers a warranty period for our medical ID products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues, ensuring that you receive a reliable and durable product.

2.2. The warranty period for MyQRMed products is 14 days, starting from the date of purchase. If your item experiences any manufacturing defects or quality-related problems within this period, we will repair or replace the item, at our discretion, free of charge.

2.3. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@myqrmed.com.au. Provide detailed information about the issue, and if necessary, clear photos illustrating the problem. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process.

2.4. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or any unauthorized modification or repair of the item.

3. Refunds
